Capsules, diaphragms, insulators, Mylar parts, Tefzel parts, Titer plates are some of the plastic components we produce through precision thermoforming.

Our company employs several production methods, including matched die forming, pressure forming and vacuum forming, to make small and micro thermoformed products. Our methods are fast, reliable, and multi-functional, producing exacting standards that deliver great part performance.

We specialize in thin gage and small precise parts for all industries including aerospace, ordnance, electronic, automotive, cosmetic, medical, and many others.

We also offer secondary services such as hot foil stamping, bending, deburring, drilling, engraving, edge polishing and stress relieving.
