Thermoforming
Design and development of miniature and micro thermoformed components is our core area of expertise. We extend our design and development services for a variety of components, ranging from micro-miniature parts to small, intricate components. Prototype runs, to over a million pieces can be handled by us. Capsules, Diaphragms, Insulators, Mylar parts, Tefzel parts, Titer plates are some of the components we produce through precision thermoforming.
We employ several production methods, including matched die forming, pressure forming and vacuum forming, to make small and micro thermoformed products. Our miniaturization methods are fast, reliable, and multi-functional, producing exacting standards that deliver great part performance.
Dies and tools are engineered in-house to maintain tight tolerances of up to +/-.0002 until the last production run.
We specialize in thin gage and small precise parts for all industries including aerospace, ordnance, electronic, automotive, cosmetic, medical, and many others.
We also offer secondary services such as hot foil stamping, bending, deburring, drilling, engraving , edge polishing and stress relieving depending on customer requirements. Auto, soldier, reel-to-reel, tape and reel, and bulk packaging are also available.
