Capsules: Polycarbonate
Empty non soluble two piece polycarbonate capsules for applications where gelatin won't work. We produce capsules in sizes #4 and #2, other sizes can be produced. For tiny parts, or other specialized packaging needs.
Diaphragms: Plastic
Thermoformed close tolerance +-.002 plastic diaphragms to your specifications. We produce diaphragms from Lexan®, polycarbonate, Mylar®, polyester film, Tefzel® ETFE, ECTFE. Tooling and equipment is produced with our in house tool and die shop enabling high quality and fast turn around.
Insulators: Battery
We produce very close tolerance and intricate insulators, for all types of batteries. We hold tolerances of -+.002 and better. Insulators for, medical, implantable, defibulator, pacemaker, commercial type batteries. Insulators are thermoformed pouches, bags, shapes. We also manufacture flat insulators punched to very close tolerances, with creases, scores holes slots etc. Insulators are made from Mylar®, polyester film, Tefzel®, ETFE, ECTFE, and other plastics. Tooling and equipment is produced with our in house tool and die shop enabling high quality and fast turn around.

We produce very close tolerance and intricate insulators. Insulators are thermoformed pouches, bags, shapes and punched. We can hold +-.002 tolerances and tighter. Insulators are made from Mylar®, polyester film Tefzel® ETFE, ECTFE, and other plastics. We also manufacture flat insulators punched to very close tolerances, with creases, scores, bosses, holes, slots etc. Insulators are made from Mylar®, polyester film, Tefzel®, ETFE, ECTFE, and other plastics. Tooling and equipment is produced with our in house tool and die shop enabling high quality and fast turn around.
Insulators: Polyester
We produce very close tolerance and intricate insulators. Insulators are thermoformed from DuPont Mylar®. We can form deep drawn parts to 1". We can hold +-.002 tolerances and tighter. We have formed round, square, ribbed and other shapes. We also manufacture flat insulators punched to very close tolerances, with creases, scores, bosses, holes, slots etc. Insulators are made from Mylar® polyester film. Tooling and equipment is produced with our in house tool and die shop enabling high quality and fast turn around.

Parts are manufactured on our own designed built thermoforming equipment enabling us to make parts no one else can. Punching, stamping, and die cutting, close tolerance, insulators, shims, spacers, washers. Very close tolerance and intricate parts, creasing, scoring in all plastics. We can punch materials as thin as .0005 to very close tolerances.

We produce various forms of Titer plates in various materials and various configurations.

Pressure & vacuum, matched die forming ultra precise and intricate parts considered impossible, perfect concentric trimming. We use DuPont Tefzel®, for most applications. Extreme deep draws and shapes, with special secondary trimming of slots, notches, holes, etc. Parts are manufactured on our own designed built thermoforming equipment enabling us to make parts no one else can.
