Insulators

Insulators are thermoformed pouches, bags, shapes and punched. Insulators are made from Mylar®, polyester film Tefzel® ETFE, ECTFE, and other plastics.

We produce very close tolerance and intricate insulators, medical, implantable, defibulator, pacemaker, commercial type batteries. Insulators are thermoformed pouches, bags, shapes. We hold tolerances of -+.002 and better.

Tooling and equipment is produced with our in house tool and die shop enabling high quality and fast turn around.
